        I recently purchased U1/PX panels and found it took about 3-4 weeks of constant use to get them producing their very best sound. Hope this helps! BH

          Some cone speaker companies say up to 300 hours of playing till it is 100% broken in. When I had Quads, they sound right as soon as they were new and plugged in.
