        Yes, it does take a while these days but they will get back to you. I have more luck reaching them by phone when I need to reach them.

          Arm yourself with patience, sometimes they reply within two or three days.

            Are there alternatives to be tried other that the mail address/ phone on their web site? I have a “dead” backplate on my Pristine III+ suspecting the bias control which I understand another person on this forum experienced and with symptoms much alike.
